The split sole gives maximum freedom to the foot during the dance, but the foot is loaded much more than in the case of a solid sole. Whole sole gives better stability
of shoes and feet get tired much less. We recommend shoes with a whole sole for daily training, and recommend, especially if the dancer has problems with his legs and
they begin to hurt. Many professional dancers (for example Sergey Surkov, Pavel Zvychainy) our recommendation to dance in shoes with a whole sole helped a lot.
Dancers who have flat feet and who want to buy shoes with a separate sole, we recommend an elongated split sole, since the foot can lie outside the ordinary sole (the
usual sole may be too short and it will be wiped off the top of the shoe outside the usual sole)
