The split sole gives maximum freedom to the foot during the dance, but the foot is loaded much more than in the case of a whole sole. Whole sole gives better stability
of shoes and feet get tired much less. We recommend shoes with a whole sole for daily training, and recommend, especially if the dancer has problems with his legs and
they begin to hurt. Many professional dancers our recommendation to dance in shoes with a whole sole helped a lot.
Everyone who works or trains in the European dance program, we recommend shoes with a whole sole, since the foot feature requires greater stability of the shoes. For
example, Edita Daniute orders shoes with a whole sole for work only.
Dancers who have flat feet and who want to buy shoes with a split sole, we recommend an elongated split sole, since the foot can lie outside the ordinary sole (the
usual sole may be too short and it will be wiped off the top of the shoe outside the usual sole)
